Cacao & Kirtan is a beautiful way to drop out of the chatter of the mind, busyness of life, clear any dense emotions, and arrive into a deep presence of unconditional love. Kirtan is practiced through the Yogic Tradition & the Bhakti Path ~ the path of devotion.
By sharing mantras and songs to connect us back to the heart, you’ll be guided into a meditative state ~ purifying the mind and opening the Self to Love. Stacey and Connor utilize various instruments including the harmonium and drum to amplify the vibrations and bring a fun loving energy to the space so that all can feel free to express themselves fully throughout our time together.
Cacao is a heart-opening, energizing plant used for centuries by the Maya, Aztec, and other Meso-american cultures. It contains theobromine ~ meaning “Food of the Gods” ~ and is rich in iron, magnesium, and zinc. Stacey and Connor source pure, ceremonial-grade cacao ethically and sustainably from Guatemalan farms and a local women’s collective (who they frequently visits on her returns back to Guatemala).
