As the light fades and winter calls us home to ourselves, we’ll gather in silence ~ tending to the inner flame, deepening our connection to what’s most true, and welcoming the quiet medicine of this season.
This retreat is an intimate, nourishing space to reset, reflect, and realign during one of the most potent thresholds of the year.
Hope Springs is located where the Earth's axis aligns with the winter solstice, offering a profound opportunity for renewal, reflection, and inner awakening.
Here, silence becomes your teacher, the land your guide, and the season a mirror for reflection. From December 18th–22nd, immerse yourself in a 5-day retreat intended to slow down, step away from the noise of daily life, create space, and reconnect with your true self.
The Winter Solstice, honored in yogic and Vedic traditions, marks a time where the darkness reaches its peak. It invites us to turn inward for deep reflection, introspection, and alignment with the natural rhythms of life. This sacred pause offers more than reflection ~ it’s an opportunity to replenish your energy, nurture your heart, deeply listen, and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
In the stillness of this season, held by the potent energy of the land, you can quiet the mind, cultivate peace, reinspire your spirit, and fill your cup so you can step into the new season with restoration, presence, clarity, and vitality.
